For several years, we believed focusing on gender sameness would pave the way for greater equality for men and women, and translate into greater participation of women in the workforce and in leadership roles. However, that has not happened. In our endeavour to support the journeys of women leaders as they rise in their career, we would like to invite you to a workshop of another approach that might help - 'Inclusion through Gender Intelligence'
Key Takeaways
- Understand why valuing gender differences rather than focusing on gender-sameness can create a more inclusive workplace
- Understand how the concept of Gender Intelligence can be applied in the areas of communication, relationship-building and decision-making
- Use the power of Gender Intelligence to become a more effective and inclusive leader
